I got to know Kundalini Yoga in 1994 and have never left this wonderful technology since. I am grateful today as then to have the opportunity to serve the mission of our Master Yogi Bhajan.
I have been a certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga since 1999 and I have deepened the study of the Science of Humanology, focusing my interest on topics such as the couple relationship, the personal growth of women and communication. From this interest of mine, numerous courses and seminars were born that I have held in Italy and abroad.

Lead Trainer, I periodically organize in collaboration with my mentor Sadhana Singh, training courses for Kundalini Yoga Instructors Level 1, 2 and 3 certified Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) in Italy and abroad. I am a teacher of level 1 and 2 courses.
I also organize the courses of the "Crystallizing the Diamond" project; I had the honor and the burden of organizing the project from its birth together with its creator Sadhana Singh . It was 2009 and the first module of the project was born: “The yoga of Asanas” in Rome.
