The purpose of Kundalini Yoga is to put us in touch with reality.

We can all live in two ways: we can be a victim of circumstances or we can be the ones who create the circumstances.

We usually believe that others and situations are responsible for our unhappiness.

But if we observe our life trying, through the techniques of Kundalini Yoga, to be as neutral as possible, we realize that we have attracted everything into our life with our thoughts, our actions, because everything we do has a vibration that attracts everything around us.

And we already know that the biggest responsible for what we attract is our subconscious. Denial, guilt, fears, will always have an adequate response.

Our fears attract each other as much as our love and the tragedy is that most of the time they are not real because we are not in touch with the present, with what is happening now, but our past experiences make us see the present through a lens that distorts reality.

So we are either in the past or in the future.

The purpose of Kundalini Yoga is to be in touch with reality. If I recognize that I am the fulcrum, the source of the vibratory effect that attracts everything around me, I can try to change my vibration.

Practicing Kundalini Yoga does not change events, the challenges will keep coming. What will change will be the way we react and this will change the situation.

Being able to lead ourselves, responsible for ourselves through the traumas, accidents and challenges of life.

With Kundalini Yoga we can work on the mind, on the belief system, on the nervous system.

The real change is being able to believe that something impossible is possible for our belief system.

Only we can change the way we relate to what is happening to us and we must strongly want to change.

Kundalini Yoga provides us with the tools to make these changes.
